Stamp-Stempel : Marianne Design(Don & Daisy) - SU ( Lot's of thoughts)

Today i've made this card with a new stamp i bought today.

I loved the image so much thinking of me and my daughter.

I do see us sitting like that after she is coming out of school and talk about the day.

When i told my daughter about this image telling her it looked like us.

She asked if the little girl could have a blue ribbon in her hair and a blue dress.

Little me is colored in a pink dress because i love to see my self in a dress.

But i don't have the figure to ware one also i don't feel comfy in it.

I have black hair but only black would be just a black spot on the card.

So i used some dark blue as well.

I have used the tip from dear Mary of the great blog Where's My Creativity

 to using a tekst on the front of the card.

Cause i have dificulty's ading the tekst great on a card.

This would be our happy time in a happy place...Happily Ever After...

Just a Card with Love

This is another card with an image i've colored some days ago.

I was so tired of trying to make cute scrap cards.

I had to make something easy and simple.

With this card i had difficulty's with adding the tekst,so i leave it out.

Later on i will ad a tekst inside the card.

The bumper and the door aren't that bright as showing on the picture.

I have made this card because i want to make a sweet card.

Well what is sweeter then a baby that is coming.

I made it with in my mind the teacher of my daughter.

I still combined the pink with the blue,

so you can go either way when the baby comes.

The idea was to got some flowers in the little buggy.

But i thought of that when i already glued the buggy on the paper.

So it was difficult to get the flowers etc.on it.

The blue flowers and the butterfly i've made from tissuepaper.

And a Martha Stewart punch and some dies.

I figured out that if you fold the tissue paper some times 

you can get great flowers,butterfly's etc.

I also tried the Stars Circle Die with the tissue paper.

Wow what a result.

So i will use that often.

Inside of the card: I used the same stamp set.
Cut out some bubbles.

Binnen in de kaart: Ik heb de zelfde stempelset gebruikt.
De bubbels zijn uitgeknipt.

This card i've made today also.

This afternoon i stamped the images on clairefontaine paper 

and let it dry very good,cause on a other time i tried it and that  didn't went that good at all.

This evening i colored the images and cut them out.

For this ones i did already choose the papers that i wanted to use.

And i did try to combine it with the markers i used so everything would match.

On the picture the colors of my stamped image are to hard.

In real they are much softener and match better.

The sketch came from the dutch club : Card Making With Tiets.

As i told earlier i wanted to try to make more scrap cards and i do think this went pretty ok.

Although i do find it hard to match al the papers together.

I did find a good tip from the site :

  Prairie Paper & Ink on an video she explains how she match the designpapers.

She uses always the papers from one designer paperpad.

And i thought :yes that make sense,and i tried it with this card.

But i still found it difficult to decide witch paper goes first and witch goes second etc.

Anyway as a big serious start of scrapcards i do find this good enough.

Deze kaart heb ik vandaag ook al gemaakt.

Ik ben op dreef!!!

Vanmiddag heb ik de afdrukjes gestempeld op clairefontaine paper 

en heb het goed laten drogen,omdat een andere keer ik het ook geprobeerd had

 en dat niet goed uitpakte.

Vanavond heb ik alles gekleurd en uitgeknipt.

Voor deze keer had ik al het papier uitgezocht wat ik wilde gebruiken.

En heb ik geprobeerd het met de markers te vergelijken zodat alles zou passen.

Op de foto zijn de kleuren van de afdrukjes te hard.

In het echt zijn ze zachter van kleur en passen ze beter.

De sketch kwam van de club : Kaarten Maken Met Tiets.

Zoals ik al eerder heb verteld wil ik vaker proberen om scrap kaarten te maken 

en ik vind dat het bij deze kaart aardig is gelukt.

Al hoewel ik het nog wel moeilijk vind om het papier bij elkaar te laten passen.

Ik heb wel een goede tip gevonden op deze site:

Prairie Paper & Ink in een video legde ze uit hoe zij het designpapier bij elkaar laat passen.

Ze gebruikt zelf altijd papier van een designpaperblok.

En toen dacht ik :Ja dat is slim,en ik heb het met deze kaart ook uitgeprobeerd.

Maar ik vond het nog steeds lastig om te bepalen welk papier als eerste ging

en welk papier als tweede etc.

Enfin voor een serieuze poging om te starten met scrapkaarten vind ik deze goed genoeg.
